Booking and Payments

• Reservation: Bookings made through our platform are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Payments: Payment information provided must be accurate and valid. Any payment disputes will be handled according to our policies.
• Commission and Subscription Fees:
  • Hotels and vendors: There is a 20% commission per booking.
  • Drivers: Depending on business outcomes, a monthly subscription fee of $100 or more applies. This fee might be subject to change for each partner within the platform based on earnings.

Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on our platform are owned or licensed by Mobility Made Easy and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• Users are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing our content without explicit authorization.

User Conduct

• You agree not to engage in any activities that may disrupt or interfere with the functionality or security of our platform.
• Harassment, unauthorized access, or any illegal or harmful behavior is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

• Mobility Made Easy is not liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use or inability to use our services, except where prohibited by law.
