Intent and Purpose
The intent and purpose of these rules are to protect the public health,
safety, and well-being of customers in California when using the services of Mobility Made Easy LLC
("MME website") and to promote the orderly development and maintenance of a safe and reliable
private transportation service.
You are solely responsible for complying with all Mobility Made Easy LLC
rules and any section of the California Civil Code. These rules shall be followed by all riders
using Mobility Made Easy LLC service within the State of California.
General Rules

Riders must adhere to the capacity limit set for their ride-sharing experience.

Age Limit: Only individuals aged 18 and above are permitted to access and utilize the platform.

Compliance with Regulations: Vendors and customers must follow all state and government regulations pertinent to running a business associated with our platform. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of services.

Verification of IDs: No fraudulent driver's licenses or IDs will be accepted. Any attempt to
misrepresent oneself will result in immediate disqualification, and the individual will be
held solely liable upon detection.

Responsibility for Property Maintenance: Vendors and drivers must maintain their properties
satisfactorily for use. Monthly maintenance checks are mandatory to ensure safety and
compliance. Properties must follow county or state regulations for safe operation, whether
for short or long-term bookings or rentals.

Riding with extra passengers beyond capacity is strictly prohibited - plan accordingly for a safe and enjoyable ride.

We kindly request that riders maintain the car in a presentable condition, ensuring the cars remain hygienic and inviting for all.

Riders agree to be respectful while in the car by maintaining friendly and professional communication.

Riders agree to communicate if they have a change of plan. Keeping communication open and honest ensures everyone has an enjoyable experience.

Riding with us ensures a safe and comfortable journey for all. We kindly ask that passengers refrain from threatening or offensive remarks during the ride so that everyone can enjoy their trip.

Little children must be accompanied by adults on all rides or maintain a clear and intact line of communication with the driver in case of a minor dropout at a designated safe location, such as a school or community amenity location, with a responsible adult at the landing site. MME would require identification to ensure minors are dropped off at the exact location with the responsible adult the user uses to request the ride.

Drivers reserve the right to cancel trips for all unaccompanied minors.

Bring car seats for children under eight years; such seating must meet your state and county standards.

Always buckle up before getting underway for a safe and secure car ride. Don't forget to keep the door shut while in motion and wait until a safe stop before opening the doors.
